Delete Your Trackii Data and Account

Trackii gives you two ways to remove your data from our servers — keep your account but wipe your data, or delete the account entirely.
Option 1: Clear all data (keep your account)
If you want to start fresh without losing your account:
- Open Trackii on your iPhone or Android device.
- Tap the Settings tab (gear icon).
- Tap Clear all data.
- Confirm.
This wipes all your financial data — income, spending, savings, subscriptions, receipts, AI chat history — but keeps your Trackii account active so you can sign back in and start over.
Option 2: Delete your account entirely
To completely close your account:
- Open Trackii.
- Tap the Settings tab (gear icon).
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
This permanently removes your Trackii account and all associated data:
- Income, spending, savings, and subscription records
- Receipt images
- AI advisor chat history
- Profile photo (if set)
Alternative: email request
If you can't access the app, email Hello@trackii.fyi from the email address associated with your Trackii account. We will respond within 7 days.
What we retain
After deletion, we do not retain your personal data. Anonymised aggregate metrics may be kept for product improvement. UK tax law may require us to retain certain financial transaction records for up to 6 years (HMRC).
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
- iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Trackii → Cancel
- Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Trackii → Cancel
